THE GAYLORD PALMS IS NOW SOLD OUT.
We have acquired an overflow block at the Radisson Resort Orlando - Celebration. Less than 2.2 miles from the Gaylord, the Radisson is situated on 20 acres of tropically landscaped grounds, with pools, ponds, and tastefully appointed guestrooms. SSA rates are $129 per night, plus a $10 resort fee and applicable taxes. The hotel is working to provide shuttle service to and from the Gaylord. Otherwise, cabs are available, and Radisson guests have special rates with Thrifty Car Rental. Call the Radisson at (407) 396-7000. Guest Activities

Individuals registered under the “Guest Registration” category are encouraged to participate in the following activities:

  • Continental breakfasts
  • Exposition, including lunch
  • Welcome to Margaritaville Party
  • Closing General Session

Concurrent Sessions, Earlybird Networking, and Roundtable Discussions are not included in the Guest Registration fee. Participants who wish to attend these events should register as a Full or Additional Registrant. Guests who are not registered will not be permitted to attend any event.

The Gaylord’s Concierge Staff can arrange special tours, excursions, and activities for guests. In addition, they can enroll your children (ages 3-12) in La Petite Academy’s Kids Station at the Gaylord Palms.
