Managers Certification Course Classes Offered by SSA
and State Associations
 Thousands have taken MCC classes: managers, new supervisors, owner managers and new owners seeking formal, standardized education in self storage facility management. MCC
addresses core competencies in self storage management in the
crucial areas of operations, human relations and sales,
financial management and legal issues. The four modules of the course may be taken individually, in any order, and at any location. Those who have taken all four MCC modules may register for the course exam, which is offered at the SSA conference venues and as scheduled at SSA approved testing sites. Those who pass the course exam are eligible to be candidates for the SSA Certified Self Storage Manager designation, (CSSM©).

For managers, owner managers, supervisors and anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of managing a facility: all 4 modules of SSA's prestigious Managers Certification Course (MCC) will be offered Sept 2-3. The MCC Exam will be offered Sept. 4 for managers, supervisors and owners who wish to be certified and who will have completed all 4 modules by that date (the MCC Exam requires a separate application which can be downloaded here).
