The SSA Managers Certification Course - Refresher Course, a condensed version of the Managers Certification Course available exclusively to those who have completed the four MCC Modules and need to review any or all modules before taking or retaking the MCC exam.

HOW IT WORKS
Registration for the online sessions and testing is open to all. The link for each test (quiz) will appear under the session description once you have progressed through the audio and slides. If you wish to take the test, a passing score for the test is 4 out of 5 items. Once the test is passed, a transcript is generated should you choose to have a record of successfully completing the session. You may take each test a maximum of three times.
The MCC Refresher Course (MCC-RC) is a condensed version of the Managers Certification Course, available exclusively in password protected format to those who have completed each of the four MCC Modules at various events, and who need to review any or all modules before taking the MCC exam. Each of the four MCC-RC modules is approximately 60-80 minutes in length.
