This exciting program is designed for those who are currently (or aspire to be) overseeing more than one property and management team. The four-hour program is delivered by the most experienced management experts and trainers in the industry. The Regional Supervision Program has six segments, offered in a series at SSA events. The two Regional Supervision Program sessions offered in Las Vegas for the first time are:

Overseeing the Marketing and Public Relations Functions

• Developing an effective marketing plan on the regional level
• Matching sales strategy to the marketing campaign
• Data mining, tracking and assessing marketing initiatives
• Community/public relations planning and techniques
• Media relations in positive and negative situations
