The exhibitor prospectus for 2026 Fall Conference and Trade Show will be sent to all active national vendor members in the Spring of 2026. Please ensure that you are an active vendor member of the national SSA. State-level memberships do not qualify for participation in our trade show.

If you are a current national SSA vendor member, you will receive the prospectus via email as soon as it becomes available. Once you receive it, please complete and return the application the same day, if possible. Our trade shows have been selling out within 2–3 days. Pricing and floorplans will be included in the prospectus once all details are finalized.
