The SSA is pleased to introduce “SSA Weekly On Demand” — exclusive, free and conveniently-archived content for our members to enjoy on their schedule. Until we return to in-person gatherings, this series will replace any online conferences. It will be presented by the SSA and our subsidiaries: SSA Foundation, SSA Large Operators Council, SSA Women’s Council and SSA Young Leaders Group.
“We are excited to offer ‘SSA Weekly on Demand’ as we pivot from virtual conferences to a more balanced model for online content,” said SSA President & CEO Tim Dietz. “The SSA looks forward to hosting our members at in-person events this year — beginning with our Spring Conference & Trade Show June 2–4 in Nashville — but until then we hope you’ll enjoy these sessions at your convenience.” The series kicks off the 10th of February.
Our new “SSA Weekly On Demand” content can be accessed exclusively by members here beginning every Wednesday. Simply click on the session you want to watch, and then enter your member login and password. We will add a new session each Wednesday, and all previous sessions will be archived at this same location to watch at your convenience.

We’ve all had to remain flexible and pivot to stay relevant over the last year. As women, it’s not something new to us. But this past year’s challenges have taught us all some valuable lessons we can learn from and take into our new normal both in our professional and personal lives.

Keeping the attention of your team and your tenants
In our current virtual world, working from home and juggling multiple roles at work and at home, it’s often hard to pay attention.
To get the results you want, you need to get attention. But many people don’t know how to get it and keep it.
People often see attention as a transaction, something to trade, but it’s much more than that. Neen has identified that people pay attention at three different levels; personal, professional, and global, and she’s designed a powerful methodology that makes it easy to leverage all three with your team and your tenants.
Neen’s Intentional Attention model helps you be more deliberate about the choices we make and the actions we take.
Join speaker, author, and sassy little Aussie, Neen James, and discover what makes attention valuable and why paying attention in very specific ways drives profitability, productivity, and accountability.
• The three types of attention, Personal, Professional, and Global, and how to master each.
• Strategies to design work and personal environments for optimal attention and focus especially given our increased demand due to virtual.
• How to turn technology and devices from frustrating distractions to powerful levers.
